Cancellation and Refund

Yogmaya Institute accepts cancellation and refund requests only under specific conditions. If the service or product provided is found to be defective, incorrect, or not as described, you may raise a request for cancellation or refund. Buyers must inform us within 3 days of service completion or product delivery for single services/products and within 7 days for bundled courses or multiple-session packages to claim a refund or cancellation. Claims will not be entertained if the service has already been availed or the product's seal has been opened and the product is not faulty. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. If the payment was made through an online gateway, the refund will be credited back to the same account. For payments made via bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account. Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to process and reflect in your account.
