1. All products are sold on a “first come, first served” basis. 2. Items once sold may not be restocked. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

1. A signature of the named recipient is mandatory for all deliveries to ensure successful order completion. 2. Please ensure your availability at the specified delivery address to receive the order.

4. Order Cancellation by the Institute

We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances such as:
